Pay The Rent

It is past the time to pay the rent. The owner is probably getting upset.

I am overseas and can make the payment by direct transfer. All I need

is to make contact with him to confirm the bank number.

I have two phone numbers but can't get through on either. I don't speak

any Thai, so I am not sure what I would say if the call went through.

Any helpfull ideas ?

Is it in a condo block,do they have a strata manager?

How do you normally pay the rent?

Can you arrange someone to pin a note in thai on the front door asking for his phone number?

I am in Afrika. That is probably the reason for the phone problem.

He normally comes by and picks up cash. He is just a guy renting out a house he bought on spec.

The roof did cave in. When I am in Thailand his cell phone works fine.

I see a thread about tranlation services. Maybe that is what would help. Or a lawyer.

Just now someone called for me. I got someone who volunteered over on

that other forum called PattayaLive. Can I trust those people?

They seem like real hard core mongers. And they call each other Coonts. (?)
