risanovo
Does anyone know of a reliable travel agent that sells the 7 day Japan Rail Pass in Chiang Mai? I leave in less than 2 weeks, and the pass needs to be purchased outside of Japan/before going to Japan. Thanks!
think_too_mut
Does anyone know of a reliable travel agent that sells the 7 day Japan Rail Pass in Chiang Mai? I leave in less than 2 weeks, and the pass needs to be purchased outside of Japan/before going to Japan. Thanks! Must be outside of Japan Except Nozomi trains, which are the most of the traffic. Still a great value. Hikari and Kodoma trains, on their way from Tokyo to Osaka stop more frequently but that should not bother a tourist. If Nozomi goes 280kph, the other 2 go 190 or so. Once on e train, you would not know if it is a Nozomi or Hikari or Kodama. Edited May 4, 2009 by think_too_mut
machlad
If you click on Asia on the link below all the addresses come up where you can buy the exchange vouchers but all the places in Thailand seem to be in Bkk http://www.japanrailpass.net/eng/en005.html It also gives phone numbers maybe you could contact one of them, one is even T.V. air bookings is that to do with this site T.V. as in Thai Visa Edited May 4, 2009 by machlad
