Where are the parents/guardians??? It is a normal day so what is an 18 year old student doing on the streets at 1 am??? They should be in bed and sleep as they have to go to school the next day and they need to rest... I know they can sleep in the classroom, but still where is the parental control??? And of course... the non enforcement of any law by the lazy RTP is to blame too.. The RTP should work 24 hrs a day 7 days a week and not from 8.30 till 17.00 as it seems most of the time.. Years ago my Thai friend told me that after 17.00 you could as you wanted as the police did not work anymore.... so it is going on for years -

I live in an condo building where everyone minds their own business, no one talks to anyone, they only vent on the Line group like children. The only one who could act as a witness is the security guard (if it's his shift).
