Residences @ Spa Chiangmai Resort

Have seen the website and the residences look very nice and seem to be a reasonable price.

Not sure if there are actual 'chanoots' or just lease or 'time share' type accomodation.

As my child is starting school at the PREM School soon the above house are only about 5 minutes away so would be ideal.

They are not channot from what I understand but they've spent some effort to protect the buyers legally. You should contact Guy to get the tour / details, I've been up to have a look around and it seems very nice. 08-1677-7327.

I don't know any of the ownership details out there but they seem to have done a very nice job in the construction of the place. I think it is one of the prettiest villages in the area.
