Thai Visa For Laos G/f

Can anyone tell me how long my Laos g/f can stay here in Thai with me legally..?

Now she can get 2 months visa easy, but its a nightmare her going home every 60 days.

If she studies here will she get a 12 month visa?

Any extra info will be much appreciated. Thx in advance.

The rules are the same for her as it is for any foreigner. But she does get unlimited 30 days entries under a bilateral agreement.

She could get an ED visa and then an extension of stay to study.

yes she could get a 1 year ed visa if she studies here..my friend has ED VISA for 1 year she study in bangkok..

The only one year ED visa that you can get is a multiple entry visa which requires leaving every 90 days.

An extension of stay for up to a year to study is possible after getting a single entry ED visa.
