Alvano Microwave

We bought a second hand Alvano microwave/grill/convection oven a while ago at cash converters.

it has some malfunctions now and then and I wonder where whether there is an official service center somewhere in Thailand. Searched the internet up and down but could not even find a trace of that brand...

I have been having a look around for you online. Alvano appears to be Malaysian Company, yet I cannot turn anything up for you. I have found one Alvano company there, alas, they manufacture anti pandemic products.

Combo ovens are not common in Thailand, so my guess is that it was imported.

Did it have the problems when you bought it?

If so you might have a claim against Cash Converters.

Otherwise cut you losses and trade it in again.

A good reason for buying branded names with service networks in Thailand.

now that's kind of funny...if you google alvano only you get the result above....googling something sophisticated like "alvano microwave" gives you all sorts of stuff but no hint to a microwave producer...
