Hi, I have a triple entry x60days tourist visa, from UK with UK passport..

My last day was 28th of last month, I extended it at Phuket immigration a further 30days, to the 27th June..

So i will do visa run on 27th June + get 15days which will be plenty of days, as I am flying to UK on 2nd of July, Phuket immigration confirmed i could do this...

But with immigration getting stricter etc just wanted to check will i definately get a 15day stamp added on to triple entry visa, and 30day extension?

Ive got no previous stamps, just my Triple entry tourist visa, and 30day extension stamp + receipt from Phuket immigration, and a couple of tourist visas from over a year ago

Thanks

As things stand you will have no problem getting your 15 days, however as you probably know that option is no longer unlimited. The counting is done against multiple 15 day border entry stamps, not properly issued Visas. However since you are leaving well within the period then there is no problem.

You can extend your visa without having to leave Thailand for another 7 days at the immigration office.

60 days+ 30 days+ 7 days is the rule. If you have evidence of leaving they will not have a problem with that.

Good morning.

My situation is overwhelmingly complex so rather than take your valuable time up with context. May I just present the facts I need to know please?

I'm currently in ASEAN but not Thailand.

My passport was stolen yesterday and a new one will be issued.

If I attempt to reenter Thailand via land border. Will land immigration have access to computerized airport immigration records of a last overstay that is still current (i.e. 90 day ban in force)

I realize this hypothetical scenario is not in the least an optimal one, but hypothetically speaking, can reentry for a couple of days be achieved.

I'd be most grateful for any help. Any.

thank you

I don't understand what you mean by overstay. You could of never legally left the country if you were on an overstay without paying the fine.

The 90 days thing I think you are talking about is the old 90 days in 6 months rule. That rule was revoked last November.

The computer system is getting more intelligent every day - but not everyone is using it fully from most accounts. If you are asking can they tie an old and new passport believe the answer is yes - as people have seen them do so. Would they normally do it on a border I can not answer. But without details we can not really be of much help. As said if you are talking about the 90 days in six month rule that ended last year.
