A web page I am related too, lately get alot of fake members, seems like kids using the same internet cafe.

My question is:

- What IP program find the real IP adress of the sender?

- What program can then block that real IP from making new fake memberships daily?

One problem you will have and that is most IPs in Thailand are dynamic and not static so you are looking at a moving target. Need more information on what forum/bbs software is being used and what server platform (linux/windows) it is running under. This will give us a better idea of what can be done. Several forum software packages have IP tracking and IP/domain blocking as part of the system.
