Snow Pea Leaves In Bkk And Pattaya

Featured Replies

Here is a challenge for the foodies.

Just like the writer of this web page, I have become addicted to this Chinese vegetable and do believe it is the most wonderful vegetable in the world. Like the writer, I much prefer the leaves to the sprouts, though the sprouts are better than nothing.

I have never seen this in Thailand though it is now fairly common in Chinese restaurants in the US that serve large Chinese communities. Thailand must have it, right? But where exactly in Bangkok and Pattaya?

Another foodie challenge.

Hakka Style Salt Baked Chicken served with ginger sauce on the side.

I am not talking about steamed chicken with ginger and scallions which is also good, but this specific Hakka baked dish.
