Hello, I applaud your bravery as I do not cross the line on testicles. Maybe they would taste better if they are cooked, but to each their own. There are better cuts of meat so this adventure is not popular. Cheers.

Balls are fantastic if done right.You take the ball and slice it less then 6mm thickness.Batter in seasoned flour and fry in oil untill done but not over done.If over done they get rubbery just like squid.Just fantastic flavor! :):D

Yes Rocky Mountain Oysters.

Had them sliced with a Bowie knife and wrapped around a stick

with salt an paper cooked over a camp fire.

Harvesting them is interesting... Shot the bull right in the squash 3 times

and didn't find something in it's head that made much difference to it.

4th did it... Not me doing it mind you, just bystander.

The real Rocky Mountian Oysters are not bulls balls but calf balls.And are eaten whole not sliced.You can tell a real cattle cowboy by the neckless of two dried whole calf balls around his neck.
