I am just to apply for a new multiple non O visa in KL which form do I need and where can I download it?

Is it a TM 7 form? Last time I downloaded the form from the net they did not accept it and I had to fill in

a new form at the embassy

KL does not have their form on its website. You have to fill it in when you get there.

Edit: Just checked and they now have form on website. Don't know if it is correct or not but you can try. http://www.mfa.go.th/internet/attachments/32.pdf

As far as know there has been no change in KL doing multiple entry O visas.

Correct and as such, no download available online. Non Immigrant "O" visas are available in Penang but not in KL. If you are looking for a multiple entry visa, you have to prove marriage to a Thai national depending on your nationality. Check out whether you are eligible first.

I apply for 1 year multi entry visa 2 weeks ago

I got my 1 year multi entry

when i went to the airport, the check-in staff was counting something regarding my passport, i ask what was the problem, she told me careful my passport nearly expire, I only have 8 month left on it !!!! but was ok, 6 months is the validity.

i did not check before, will be back to do a new one before the expire date

The above quote is from another topic about getting a visa in KL. You will note that he got one two weeks ago.

So there is no doubt that you can still get multi visas there.

Well after I saved the pdf file I could open it but what I am looking for is the actual form I

have to fill in not not the summary of required documents which I am aware of

So what is the form number I have to fill in and can I download it before I head of to KL?

I found it thanks for that I must be half asleep this morning The only other question I have they ask for

passport size photographs 4cmx6cm even so the ones I have only meassures about 4x4.5cm

the same size as the space on top of the form will that be ok? This is the size I used last year when

I was responding to post #8 which is not under your name and I used the "Click Here" link and it provides a web page where the first download is a visa application form. That is a PDF copy (poor) or the web form dated 2008 at top. The link provided by Ubonjoe also provides this same form. I suspect outdated if poster had a problem using internet download recently.
