Any hospital can do this. Try Thai Inter or Bangkok Samui.

Have always been to Bangkok Samui and they seem very good, if a tad expensive. Usually combined it with a total health check when they have special offers. Usually around Nov/Dec.

if you are going to get stabbed you may as well fast for 12 hours and get a triglycerides done and an HDL cholesterol (and or a LDL cholesterol) so you can get a pretty full lipid profile.

I went to Bandon Hospital yesterday. For 2500THB they offer the following:

• Physical Exam
  
• Complete Blood Count
  
• Urine Analysis
  
• Fasting Blood Sugar
  
• Cholesterol (Cholesterol, Triglyceride, HDL Cholesterol and LDL Cholesterol)
  
• Uric Acid
  
• Kidney (BUN, Creatinine)
  
• Liver (ALT, AST)
  
• Chest X-Ray
  

This was the only place I inquired with, but I am sure most hospitals offer the same or similar service. Will update with regards to others when I have that info.

From my personal experience there will be no correlation between the initial quote and the final price, regardless of how many times you confirm the initial price. I should have read this thread first

I had mine done twice now at the Samui Hospital in Nanton. Very reasonable cost & done within an hour or two. I think 200 or 300 baht.

I was amazed the first time I went they had Crestor in stock, it is a "stock item" so they have it there. The price of the Crestor is about the same as Canada... that part not so cheap!
