Non Imm B Visa

I have a Filipino consultant coming in for about 5 weeks work. We have a sponsoring letter so he can apply for the Non Imm B visa. If anyone can advise if the Thai Consul in Cebu is a better, quicker option to going to the Thai Embassy in Makati, it would be appreciated.

As has been reported on many occasions in this forum, the embassy in Makati has a reputation for being difficult. Would therefore suggest you try to obtain through the consulate in Cebu if you can. Give them a call beforehand to checkout any 'local' requirements before you apply, but sponsoring letter should be enough.
