SONGKHLA: -- A Thai army helicopter, carrying two pilots and a mechanic, crashed Monday morning in the southern province of Songkhla.

All on board survived the crash, suffering only minor injuries.

The Bell 206 Jetranger helicopter of the Pattani-based army special unit crashed at a paddy field in Hat Yai district.

I saw the helicopter before it crashes (on my way to work) and after it crashes (the paddy field past Big C area)

The news went quiet though.

The Helicopter itself was used to scan bombs in a wide area.

A new replacement is on duty now to scan entire city of danger.
