Trouble is I dont want expensive condos,does anyone know of any real estate agents or areas either in Bangkok or Pattaya that i can get a room/studio for under 700 000 baht?. You might have to add the cost of refurbishing and furniture. To find them, jst take some time to run through all the Agents, as well as read the two Weeklies's classifieds.
