Was wondering if anyone knew if the the water from this stream had sewage from the villages on Doi Suthep or was generally clean as upstream from the waterfall there are some pools that look good for swimming.

I think the general environemtn at Huay Kaew is not very clean usually.. Water should be no different from the places a bit further up like Ban Bua Bang and Monthrathan; it's the same stream anyway.
