Menu item "Fried Leech in Red Sauce" from 'NEW ASIA'  (I saw the menu item on 'Meal on wheel')   I hope they don't mean it literally, or do they?  It is 400 THB it must be good.

havent had it in red sauce, but have had it in soup with abalone, and a few times in hot n sour soup (not via wheels thou)
