Hello

I would like to know under Thai law, is a letter of intent a binding contract between two people, or a business and an employee?

Or is it just that, a simple letter to show the intention of the parties involved ?

Can it just change or fall away with out any recourse?

Just looking for some views on this?

Without a specific recourse stated in the letter or your suffering a loss incurred because of the letter not being honored, you would be out-of-luck in most courts- not to mention Thailand.
