My 5 year old son needs some surgery and repair work done for a variety of dental problems.

Can anyone recommend from experience a surgeon / clinic in Chiang Mai that provides a high standard of this sort of work?

Thanks

Grace Dental Clinic on Nimmenhaemin 9(I think) has a specialist and a special floor for just kids. I would go there for a kid.

I think the above was an irresponsible comment at best.

Do NOT, under ANY circumstance, go to Ram hospitaly for ANY dental work, and ESPECIALLY not kids.

Grace really is the best choice; for straightforward paediatric dental work there's also Dentaland which I like a lot, but not sure if they also do more complicated work.

Dentaland

Geared towards children and have been very efficient at taking care of our children's teeth.

The main dentist "Dr Nik" is US trained and fluent in English.

How dare "idrankwhat" have an opinion, disgraceful !

Chiang Mai Ram

I agree with you. Chiang Mai Ram dental in the 11 years I have been using them has done nothing but great work. I also had dental surgery done there twice by a Thai Specialist in dental surgery who is also Board certified in Germany. Excellent oral surgeon. Its a shame that people are allowed to give their somewhat nasty replies on the forum without any proof of allegations. It is too bad that obsessionally people have a bad experience at a Thai business, but happens everywhere in the world.

I guess everyone is entitled to their opinion, but it would be nice if people would be civil on the TV forum.

Civilty on TV is akin to trying to stop the sun coming up. thankfully these posters are in the minority. My wife ,daughter and I have been to RAM many times and received nothing but good service.

I am about to try their Dental service too so thank you for the endorsement.
