Yes in all it's variations!

Depends on the Pharmacy not ALL will sell it right over the counter!

As it is a very strong drug/narcotic like pain reliever!

A tramadol overdose can be fatal.

what is the meaning of counter ?

it is pharamacysist who found in pharmacy

right or false

Don't bother - it's the thing one adds numbers and figures up with -

just walk in one iof dispensaries and make sure the name is written on

a piece of paper- best in clean, neat capitol letters....

It works like a prescription almost anywhere in the Kingdom!

300 mg is the dose NOT to be exceeded - very dangerous drug!

The corner store ones only have the 50mg (Possibly copy) ones and not the slow release 100mg version, this can be purchased at most Boots Pharmacy's I have found.

I wish people would not post about things they don't know about!

I'm a pharmacist, and you can exceed 300mg/daily. 400mg is considered the dose not to be exceeded out of hosiptal. Going above this dose can cause seizures, CNS and respiratory depression.

You do not need a prescription for tramadol in Thailand. As far as slow release/controlled release versions (100,150 and 200mg), I have never purchased these so the other posters would have more idea.

50mg immediate release tramadol is definately available.

BTW - tramadol is the drug name, which may trade under many differing brand names (TRAMAL being the originator brand).

After taking the drug for 3 years as prescribed by a GP in Australia and having both 50mg and 100mg, the 100mg was much better for me, having L2-S1 at 50% and it crushing the nerves this drug helped relieved the pain much better than anything else.

The original one manufactured by Grünenthal GmbH is the only one I would purchase here in its 100mg form from Boots or a hospital dispensary as I have tried the 50mg ones here and they have very little effect, possibly copies as I mentioned before.

Great info. I also find some other medications in Thailand (Indian generic brands) seem to be less effective than the original brands. This is not really a problem in Oz because every company is scrutinised under the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Aministration) for safety and effectiveness. However, in Thailand there is less control and cheaper brands (where possibly less quality control takes place) from places like India have flooded the market. Although most medications seem to be effective, I wouldn't rule out that there is some that are definately stronger/weaker than detailed on the packaging. Generic brands however are much much cheaper, and shouldn't be of a concern for things that aren't taken often (such as antibiotics).

please anyone give me answer?

i will travel after 1 week

Yes, they sell it in Thailand also most Pharmacists speak English and will understand your request for Tramal. If there is any language problems I request to have a look at their MIMS (reference book)

this works well.
