New Condo And Advice For Decorater

Hey all:

We have already purchased or new condo to be ready july of next year.

68 square meters 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. My question and advice wanted is this.

How would i go about pricing a good place to do our in house furniture? I want built built in shelves, Tv unit,a very big cat play tree (hehehe) make-up table for wife, fridge and western stove and washer dryer. All the things to make this our ready to move in place come july. What are your ideas or places you would trust to help you do this. Costs? and the last question. Would you have carpet installed to make the place cooler longer or no? Thank you all for your insite and advice.
