Rolfing is the commonly used name for the system of Structural Integration soft tissue manipulation founded by Ida Pauline Rolf in the 1950s. The terms Rolfing and Rolfer are trademarks of The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration.

The two schools split years ago in Boulder Colorado. There is now Rolf institute and the Guild of Strutural Integration. Structural integration IMO has developed better and has a lot more practitioners. The Structural Integration certified people are not supposed to use the term Rolfing for fear of being sued by the Rolf school.

Let us know if you find anyone. I have not run across anyone.

If you can travel to Boulder you can sign up to be a student model or patient and get 10 sessions(10 weeks) for about $250 from soon to be graduated practioners.
