Non Immi "b" Visa Extension

Hi guys,

After the good advice yesterday, I

went back to CM Immigration with

what I hoped was the relevant paperwork

to get a 60 day extension on my Non-

immi "B" visa based on marriage to a Thai.

They had a look at the wifes house

registration and said "as she's registered

in Chiang Rai, we will have to apply for

the extension there".

It's getting to the stage where it will be

easier for me to go back to Oz and get a

new one.

You are extending your extension of stay. Not your B Visa.

Yes you have to deal with your local office. Maybe they think you live in Chang Rai.
