Vitamin Advice Please

Featured Replies

Greetings!

I would appreciate some advice regarding vitamins.

I used to have the basic multivitamin/multimineral from Whole Foods (U.S.A.) sent to me but I took the last one a few weeks ago.

Before that I took the basic multi from Wild Oats.

I liked these vitamin formulas because they are not high potency but they do have high(er) amounts of the B vitamins. I eat a vegan, mostly fruit diet and I have read that vitamin B12 must be supplemented.

I feel no difference, honestly, but I like the idea of doing my best. It could be good for me.

Anyway, now I am wondering...

What vitamin can I purchase here that would be similar?

Should I continue taking a multi formula?

Should I instead get something like a B formula, or just B12?

Do I really need to take them?

My concerns are:

natural Vitamin E in a multi formula

vegan (obviously)

All right, I have been thinking about this for the last couple weeks.

Many thanks for any advice or recommendations!

i figure some vitamins are probably better than no vitamins

in thailand i discovered V-TOP 10 gel caps for about 50 baht

i bite them to make sure then are digested

i also like SAMBEE or the little pink triangles B1-6-12, very cheap

i can not vouch for vegan

i am not as picky here about vitamins as there is less to choose from and the food is fresher

hope this helps
