Sick jibe: Millwall supporters shamefully goads Leeds fans but will be banned for life, the League One club have promised as they study CCTV to identify culprits

Millwall vow to ban odious fan for life after sick Galatasaray taunts to Leeds supporters

Embarrassed League One outfit Millwall have promised to ban the disgraced supporter who was seen taunting Leeds fans by wearing a Galatasaray shirt, and appearing to make stabbing gestures, for life.

The incident soured the Lions' 2-1 win over the previously unbeaten league leaders at The Den, at a time when the south London club are already under the microscope.

Millwall are awaiting the verdict of a Football Association charge, in relation to the crowd trouble that marred their Carling Cup defeat to rivals West Ham in August.

Two Leeds fans, Christopher Loftus and Kevin Speight, were tragically killed before the Elland Road club's Champions League clash with Galatasaray in 2000.

But Millwall chief executive Andy Ambler has promised to take immediate action against the culprits, condemning their indecent and incredulous behaviour.

He said: 'We didn’t see the man wearing the Galatasaray shirt, but we will try to identify him from CCTV and photographs and if we do, he will be banned.'

I know of at least one Leeds fan on Samui too, a few years ago, we picked up laundry from a place near our accommodation, the lady asked me if I was the Leeds fan, there was a Leeds T shirt amongst the laundry. I confirmed I was and she dashed into the back and brought her husband out. he insisted we share one of his beers.

Confirming Leeds fans are everywhere and always generous to a fault :)

Leeds fans meeting in a laundry confirms only one thing the "dirty leeds" tag should be well and truly burried :)

Lets face it Singh you wouldn't be able to tell the difference anyway.

PS

I was even deluded into thinking this was a threat of some buffoonish kind

Now if you're ever on Samui, feel free to tap me up & you can do all the " challenging & even take it further " you want

Strange that

I think I am probably the only Wall fan that posts on here.

I read the report in the Times today (Sunday edition) and I almost threw my toys out the pram. Ten paragraphs talking about Millwalls' bad rep and about two lines covering the game. Leeds fan's ripped out seats and then thew them on the pitch (something our away fans have done in the past).. It was our fault, apparently. Leeds played very badly in the second half and lost. It was out fault. Why can't a football journalist write about football. We were a great team on saturday. COYL.

We won against the only unbeaten team in league football this season, and some hack just writes a load of dribble.

A PM i received from Happy Hammer earlier this Month if we're playing like that...

" I'm advising you now MSingh. If I see anymore of your racist slurs, then next time I'll not just challenge you online, but will take it further.. "

Anagram time - WANKRE :D

How come i can see the tripe he writes anyway, i blocked him a while back for my own sanity but his tripe is viewable again, any ideas how i permanent block the tripe Jocko & also block him from sending me those ever so " challenging " PM's that he has sent me in the past ??

He's like a Mosquito in my House, always making a noise that in general is complete sh*t & is just an utterly irrelevent Pest that no one likes or has any time for..

But for some reason or other, i can't spray him at the moment ??

Edit : I understand now, it's when i sign in that i can't see him, thank the good Lord/Buddah/Allah for that, he just got sprayed & is no more... :)

Well, we beat Leeds. The only unbeaten team in the country. Until some team from south London beat them. Colchester should be a walk in the park, honey.

Enjoy.

We have a good little team, and no amount of bad publicity will change that.

Good luck for the season with your mia (Hamsters) and mia noi (Colchs) you are gonna need it.

I pud len, but you know that already mate. :)

Are you ... well you know ?

We have a good little team, and no amount of bad publicity will change that.

It wouldn't be so bad. Well perhaps it would. But their rip-off away ticket prices don't help much either.

Good luck for the season with your mia (Hamsters) and mia noi (Colchs) you are gonna need it.p

If you'd have been around on this forum long enough, then you'd have know my position concerning West Ham post Curbishley.

Less mia noi. More yah gun lair-o . Clever cloggs. :)

And of course with your semi-literate mentality, you took that as only meaning a threat of violence. As you would.

Funny , but I received the same advice also. But that's not the first time people have blocked you PM's is it Singh. In fact you've made quite a few "friends" since you made your first unwelcome appearance on my West Ham thread. In fact you're the reason that some very good posters no longer do so.

Now run along.

I reckon a draw on Saturday. But we could sneak it.

I was happy that you sneeked a win against the Arsenal. Colchester are doing well too. Happy days. Millwall 10 goals in 3 games. We may beat you boys!

It has all been about Harris this season. One ball or two he keeps knocking the goals in.

I suppose that Lisbie has been ColU's most consistent. But watch out for Kayode Odejayi , he's a giant who gets goals. Month long West Ham loanee Josh Payne is a pretty skilfull mid-fielder who can make good runs into a defence. If U's play to form, they'll have an onslaught on your goal for the first ten minutes and then fade until coming strong in the second half. I think it a weakness of other teams, or a strength with a bit of luck in our defence, that non have been able to capitalise on the U's laxity in the first half. Having said that, Williams is doing well in goal.

I'd like to have been there myself, as there are few games left until I return to Thailand. But as a disabled supporter Millwall are a disgrace for ticket pricing. The O's were free. ColU are £13 and Millwall £20. That must be the highest in Div 1 ? Of course I can take a mate for free , which would have evened it up a bit. But for some reason no one was interested in going over for this game. I'll be glued to Radio Essex for the commentary though.

You mean West Ham ? Well I suppose a draw might as well have been a win after coming back from 2-0 down. But they always do better against the "big clubs" and not so well against those that they should/have to win.

It should be a good game on Saturday. I like the U's and they are having a good season. Good local support, which helps. Lower league football is so good because you never know who will win.

For us Millwallies, the season has all been about Neil Harris. Record goal scorer for the club. He is the same age as mysellf, 32, (not an old man, beyond it, as the the press like to say), and I think he will score a few more this season. Two hatricks already. Neil Harris is possibly the best player in the first division. That is not because I'm a Millwall fan.

Harris will upset a lot of defences this season. Including Colchester.

GFL.

The Hammers would have taken a point before the game, and they took it. So a draw was a good result for a team flirting with the coca-cola thing. Also, I enjoyed the Liverpool game agaisnt Man Utd.

So who is going down this season - Hull, Fulham?
