As you can see these are rated as # 99 and #100. Personally, I think that they should be rated #1 and #2.

99. Do not show frustration. Your only mission is to serve. Be patient. It is not easy.

100. Guests, like servers, come in all packages. Show a “good table” your appreciation with a free glass of port, a plate of biscotti or something else management approves.

#93 "Don't put the plate at the other end of the table, put it in front , close to the customer"!

#92 "Don't place the Cutlery, you've been asked for then at the very other end of the table"!

#91 "Do not keep filling up the glass until it is completely finished, ask politely before filling up!"

#90 "Do not preen or comb you hair in the restaurant all the time, proceed to t the bathroom!"

#89 "Do not squeeze pimples while looking in the restaurant mirrors!"

#88 "Do NOT cough or sneeze all over the place, make sure you cover you mouth/nose with a napkin, paper towel..!"

The trouble with waiting staff is they are usually from the bottom of the employment barrel.

Hard to get perfection in the work force when your only paying basic wage and expecting them to work when everyone else is going out and having fun.
