As a previous owner of a home in BOAT LAGOON marina residence 1, i still reieve emails from the management company. having just checked my email i am not at all surprised to read that there have been several robberies over the last week or so, from peoples homes while they were sleeping in bed.

But i would like to point out that robberies have been taking place in boat lagoon since as early as september, i know this as i was a victim of such a robbery, not only did said robber take off with electrical items during the night but also came back for the home and all its contents 2 weeks later. the culprit was however aprehended, but under thai law no charges could be pressed as it was classed as HER half.
