When To Buy Outgoing Ticket When Applying For Multi Visa

Hi I will applying for a double entry visa soon and I wanted to know if i have to buy a outgoing ticket around the 60 day mark even though Im planning to extend to 90 days. a outgoing ticket is required ofcourse. If i do buy a ticket at the 60 day mark and I extend then basically i waste a ticket right unless i change the date at a fee. also when i leave the country at the 90 day and come back to start my next 90 days how many days maximum can i leave the country for? and do i have t have another outgoing ticket around the next 60 day mark?

That will be up to the Consulate you get the visa from - there is no requirement for any ticket once you have a visa.
