Raw Food Demonstration By Raw Chef

I am trying to organise a high profile raw food chef to come to Phuket as she will be in the region anyway. However I am not sure about the interest here in Phuket.

WHat I mean by raw food is healthy, vegan uncooked food but prepared in very gourmet ways.

I have attached a few photos of some dishes..

There is also the new raw food cafe in Rawai too.. new shop houses near the lake if you want to try some raw lasagna or tostadas.

You would be surprised what you can do with Raw food! It is not just boring carrot sticks.
