It changes the premises for allies to jump aboard, or abundant while they can! A good strategy would be to use the American method, and arrive late to the party when Usa and Israel is on the brink of collapse, and save them last minute. Then make sure to establish a huge humanitarian save package, and then make the trade deals on our premises. Worked once before, it will work again.
