jakbkk
NO NEED TO PAY FOR AN ENGLISH MANUAL !!! i had a 2.5L 4-door Hilux Tiger and requested the English manual from the dealer but waited a month with no updates. so i just EMAILED Toyota Thailand directly and also called them up. got a book for free in just 1 week. check out their website for the email address and phone number by clicking on the MAP (tel. 02.386.1000) http://www.toyota.co.th/red/en/contactus.asp# i've also done this for Land Rover and got an English manual by contacting the company at their website. free! taxexile
1000 km service!!During my lifetime I have bought dozens of cars in several countries around the world. Everywhere it is common to give a 1000 km service for FREE. It is just a check up on the "bolds and screws" to see if everything is OK. with the vigo the 1000km service is free , its just a 20 minute check of lights , levels , tyres and a clean of the air filter. no mention of it in the handbook , but it's mentioned on the paperwork that comes with the credit card sized service card that you have to give to the dealership when the car is serviced. without the 1000km check recorded on that card , the 100,000km guarantee may be jeopardized. i suspect that its the same for the fortuner as it is for the vigo.
