herd that they have stopped sub dividing of land and this year they are stopping the sale of land. unless it is from company to company. which i suppose makes sense because companies can just change directors but the people who have bought land in a tai name cannot sale. it might just be a rumer but i would appricate clarifcation

Yes , I also heard about this - I have recently sub-divided but it took time and the usual extra . Land transfers are also difficult - there are some people trying to stir up problems - OK .
