Can't believe that they haven't included multi-touch pinch and zoom. One of the best smart phone features for browsing.

Patent issues, I should think.

Just now I read on a Nexus One forum that a new software update for Nexus One phones has been released on 2010-02-02, including “Pinch-to-zoom functionality: devices will now include a new pinch-to-zoom mechanism in the phone's Browser, Gallery and Maps applications”

Now, the only thing still missing is true voice dialling, where I can just press a button on my Bluetooth headset and then speak the name of the person I want to call. Apparently not in the USA but in many other countries, including most of Europe, fiddling with a mobile phone while driving a vehicle is forbidden and subject to a stiff fine.
