Chiang Mai - Temples Ok For Attending Morning And Evening Sittings

Hi. Just moved to Chiang Mai and am looking for a monastery (temple) near to me (Chiang Mai - Lumphun Road near to Holiday Inn) where it's OK to go along and join in daily morning and evening sitting mediation sessions. (Not after instruction/courses - just others to sit with!)

I've visited my nearest Wat - where they were friendly and helpful but are busy with a lot of renovation work so aren't presently having formal sittings. I know the basic idea that you can go along to any monastery and join in - but I'd guess this is a lot easier at at some temples than others - especially when you speak no Thai.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
