3rd Voa Within 6 Months Less Than 90 Days Total

Need advice, 50+ american USA passport, been using the Visa on Arrival issued at the airport. next week will be my 3rd trip to BKK. 1st visit was Oct.2nd 2009 for 13 days, 2nd visit Nov. 09 for 7 days, this trip for 9 days. for a total of 29 days.

Bottom line question, Do I need to wait 6 months from my Oct. 2nd date of my first trip before returning for the 4th trip? Or because I have not exceeded the 90 day maximun in a 6 month period I can therefore take a 4th trip withn the 6 month time from the 1st visit?

That rule no longer applies.

No limit to number of days obtained with visa exempt entry. (It's not VOA.)

Suspect you mean you are using 30 day visa exempt entry. Visa on arrival is something different. The 90/180 day rule went out the window over a year ago.
