Kaletra

Featured Replies

Hey everyone

It might sound a bit unusual but my friend takes Kaletra and a year ago I bought enough of Kaletra here to last until July this year

Unfortunately the expiry date is April 10 meaning that I will not have my friend take the risk (although the doctor had said there would be no problems).

To make a long story short if you know anyone in need of the soft gel Kaletra treatment and that can help them (financially, as I know that some of us take care of their friends, this being quite a burden even though, now, Thai do have acces to the therapy but maybe not covering this particular one) I will be more than happy to give them away.

Of course I will need to be sure that this medecine is prescribed and already taken

Please I do not expect nor want any comments(even though this is a blog) so just PM me if you are in need (but I am sorry to stress out that is a one time thing)

By the way if you do not know what Kaletra is do not bother

I hope this doesn't go against the site's rules otherwise feel free to erase my topic

It is a kind offer and no problem to post here. I hope it will be useful to others.

I have taken the liberty of contacting some mebers by PM who might have need of this.If no takers, suggest you contact the Thai Red Cross Anonymous Clinic and see if they can accept it as a donation. I know they carry the drug.

Hey Sheryl

On the contrary you are most welcome to do so

I really would not want to go for the Red Cross as I have never got any help from that side when really needed. Actually they were not the only one (I had to fight alone for my friend for something like 10 years out of 14 although I have been quite lucky to have met the right people on different times)

Just to keep that up and let you know that noone seems to be interested or, at least noone who would need it is aware of the availability

Sorry to hear that, but remember you would not be helping the Thai Red Cross but rather the people who go to them for help.

Suggest you reconsider.

Might also contact Dr. Seur in Pattaya, see the pinned notice for contact info.

In Bangkok the GPO Pharmacy opposite the Ramathibodi Hospital is only too happy to take donations of unused medicines which they pass on to those in need.
