Good Real Gyms

Hi all;

Just a note to tell all about a good deal to be had on a super gym on viphavadee rangsit.

I joined the Thai  army sports club for a month today cost 2000 baht. Ok it isn't cheap by Thai standards but it has some super equipment and an amazing pool as well as a 400 metre track and stadium. Cost for a day pass is 300 baht for those on holiday in the big Mango.
