my wife is here in uk under eea family permit, she has been here 2 yrs and has a 5 yr resident stamp and is working, how long will it be untill she can apply for ilr and how long will it be untill she can apply for uk passport ?

Family members of EEA nationals cannot apply for ILR, as such applications come under the UK Immigration Rules, not the EEA Regulations.

However, once they have been resident for 5 years then they can apply for Permanent Residence. See Applying under European law.

To apply for naturalisation as British they need to have been resident in the UK for at least 5 years and have been free from immigration time restrictions, i.e. have permanent residence, for at least the last 12 months.
