Hilton Arcadia has 2 nice A/C courts in Karon.

There's one in Patong at the Evil Club.

Patong squash courts at Soi Tan near the Nanai Rd/Karon Kata intersection.

There is also 2 courts in Le Meridien (between Karon and Patong)

Problem with the Meridien is their rates are ridiculous.
