I have a resturant on Samui. Had it for about 1 year now. I normally just get my drinks from Coca Cola delivery from there trunks. I tried Pespi last month. The came along for a meeting and was talking about fridges and all that stuff. They seen i had a Coca Cola fridge. When they seen this pne of the guys ( started asking me about my contract with them ) I told him that was something i didnt want to talk about. He started asking me why i buy from Coca Cola and was getting very agessive about it. I tried to remind him he was here to sell me drink and everything else to do with my resurant was nothing to do with him or anybody else. Then came the classic line ' you are farang in thailand ' I can ask you whatever i want !!! Anyway i found these guys to be loser's. I am not sure how much they had to do with Pepsi its self.

Has anyone else had problems with there guys ? Is this behavor normal for them or was it just 1 bad guy ?

If my memory serves me correctly, there was a restaurant owner BBC ? Who had a similar confrontation last year.I think the guy was in pocession of a firearm.

You are only allowed to sell Coca Cola.

He then replace your fridge with a Pepsi fridge.

Yes you cannot have both in the same room. We have a Pepsi fridge at reception and a Coke fridge in the beachside restaurant, suggest you too have one out front and the other on the back balcony
