hi...long time reader first time member (only 6 months for relationship when i applied the first time)..the visa process were a bit of hassle as we lodged it in srilanka...(i cudnt find any forums for maldivian or srilanka OZ visa) the first two times were refused as we did not provide enough supporting documents.and the officer didint think i was a genuine visitor...my bf n i went to the embassy after the second refusal and v tlked to the councelor...she tld us tht her colleuges were the ones processing the visa and that she only signs the document..anyway to cut the long story short...we were granted a tourist visa with no further condiotion applied...

we travelled in australia and returned this january....its been a month and now im applying for second visa again...(now its ten months together)

with all relevent documents...(photos, emails of correspondence since we are apart, my bf sponsering me) and make note im unemployed, but my bf is employed in oz with an avarage salary...55000/anually...return tickets)

do u think i have chanvces of getting a torist visa?? as being refused twice ...but granted...n i abided with my visa condiion too...

am anxioous..n srilanka can be a hel_l of a place to lodge applcation... pls help!!! and wat are my chances of entering to see my bf again if i get refused???/ my bf is quite optimistic this time arrnd...but am not... pls help ....

to add to my previous post...i am from maldives and there is no ambassy here...got to lodge thru foreign ministry where they send it to srilanka and process it..n i have acces to sufficient funds to visit australia....

PLS HELP/....thers not a lot of ppl in maldives doing this process,.....n this forum has been of great help

As you have abided by the visa conditions once the visa was granted and you came to Oz....you shouldnt have any difficulty getting another visa.....just update your evidence.

am a bit skeptic as my bf transfered some money to my accnt so tht i have acces to suffient amout for a visit ..n to add he gave me a sponser letter ssayin tht he will finance me everyway...

do u think one month inbetween tourist visa is too short? n i dont have employment to return to,no property.no business...

do u think the ambassy wud look into that and think that im going again as a non genuine visitor intending to stay there.....dam_n!! i hate this agonizing wait...it takes 2 weeks to process and i have bought return tickets toooo

Read my last post again......there are no guarantees.....it is at the Embassy's discretion. But there is no problem applying for another visa after one month, you can do it after one day.
