Hedghogs As Pest Control

You find them at markets sold as pets.

Hedgehogs are almost omnivorous. Hedgehogs feed on insects, snails, frogs and toads, snakes, bird eggs, carrion, mushrooms, grass roots, berries, melons, and watermelons.

I have read that they bite snakes and then curl together making the snake attack it.

After blood loss the hedgehog eats the snake.

Pet owners generally prefer a diet composed primarily of high protein low fat high quality cat food, with regular treats such as mealworms, fruits, vegetables, and cooked unseasoned meats.
