At 72, there's not much headroom left -or time left- for me to improve. They can buy my thing, but I can no longer be bothered to sell my thing. They def love Chiang Mai tho. It will be an event they remember forever. Which underscores my own unease; most of the women north of 58 that I see are never getting a date, let alone to the indescribably delicious Robin Hood Pub. It's a big event to them, like Santa coming to town. I really hate that. The inevitable follow up text: "I realized that I am not ready to date". Quite sad. I took the Mandalay-Pin Ou Lwin (I think) trip in 2002. It was magnificent. The army threatened people for looking out the windows or opened doors. I really wanted to take the trip again.
