My car and its window films are about 7 years old now. The window films have some permanent streaks and waterspots on them. Can these window films be removed and replaced with new ones?

Yes no problem, if they are the stick on one's, they just heat them up take off, and replace. Depending on what car from 2000bt up.

Yes, very easily removed, my production manager just had his Toyota Tiger re-done (has canopy on back, 8 windows in total including windscreen) with 3M film, cost was 3500b.
