Visiting Koh Tao

Featured Replies

I am trying to avoid the crowds during the Songkran holiday and the Full Moon Party crowds.

I can make it down to Koh Tao:

1) April 7 (Wednesday) to April 12 (Monday) or

2) April 19 (Monday) to April 22 (Thursday)

Any idea which week is a better choice.

Thanks

Option 2

Full Moon is on the 28th, Songkran the 13th.

Enjoy your holiday

Thanks for the update.

I think most people have the 13th (Tuesday) to the 15th (Thursday) off. So if they take off two days (Monday and Friday) they will get from the 10th (Saturday) to the 18th (Sunday) off.

So hopefully the week of the 19th is quiet on the island. I wanted to do some diving and snorkeling and didn't want to see more people than fish :)
