Quick Question Tourist Visa

Hi everyone

Just a quick question iam planning to come to thailand for 5 weeks in august i know your are on allowed 30 days for tourist visa.

If i stay for 1 week then go to hong kong for a week and come back to thailand for the remainder am i braking any visa rules and secondenly does my thai girlfiend require a visa for hong kong

A tourist visa allows a 60 day stay for most people. The 30 day visa exempt entry requires onward ticket within 30 days so if you have that no problem. If not the airline might not let you on without buying a ticket if you do not have a visa. GF will not need visa for up to 30 day stay but must have travel documents and proof of funds.
