Hi Flow Catalytic Converter

Featured Replies

Anyone know where I can get hi flow catalytic converter? I mean a real one not some test pipe or modified cat from another vehicle. Something like magnaflow or catco? I went to this place on phet kasem road and they wanted something like 10,000 baht for cat converter I think from a toyota camry. They said camry's have good free flow converters and can easily be modified for my car. That is not professional for me. Anyone know any good places and approximate prices? I think 10k for cat is pretty steep.

Do a web search on "engineering tec header". And look at the hi5 website. he does a range of exhausts, headers and the sperts cat too. I've not used his services (yet) but the photos show some professional work (use of a robotic welder). Their sports can for the camry 2.4 increases hp by 2.8 and also increases the torque. I'm not sure but think the price is around 4K for the cat. The header gives very good increases in power so you should also consider this as well. I think thats 7500-8000 baht. All up you should be looking at about 12K for the lot. Good luck!

cats are very expensive cause platinum, so they are made as small as possibel to fit cars hp/displacement.

just upgrading to a larger engines cat will improve flow
