Hi All,

Can anyone advise, is this possible?

I have a Subaru Imprezza, 2008 reg. here in Ireland. I am coming to live in Thailand. I have owned the car as my personal private vehicle since new, 2 years ago. I think I would have to pay some kind of import duty / tax? I know it might be high, but the car market back in Ireland is so crappy it might be more economical to pay the shipping and import tax than it will be suffer a hit on resale value in Ireland, and THEN buy another car in Thailand.

It might be a long shot, but its worth enquiring :)
