Paint "dipping"

Another strange request - those who might know what I am talking about should understand

I am looking for a firm who has the facilities and knowledge of 'dipping' a plastic utility case (eg a small pelican case) to seal a camouflage colour pattern on to the outside.

There are various firms in the USA who are able to do this, but I need something in SE Asia or Australia.
