Briefly perusing the form it is immediately evident (even if someone can't read thai ) that it's for an extension of stay based on marriage; as the financial amounts are 40K month or 400K.

Other than that, I dunno why the O/P felt it necessary to post what amounts to a meaningless scan for most patrons of the T/V forum. (Meaningless in as much as few people can read and/or back translate thai into engrish ).

Now if the O/P in his infinite wisdom decided to provide an engrish translation this post might have marginal value.

Then again as much as the extension of stay for being married to a thai is discussed on this forum (sometimes 2 or 3 active threads A DAY), maybe not.
